Outcome
On behalf of the Board of Directors of MNRB Holdings Berhad ("MNRB" or "Company"), Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 10 September 2019 were duly passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 25 September 2019.

The ordinary resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
