Outcome
The Board of Directors of Suria Capital Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that all Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Thirty Fifth Annual General Meeting dated 30 April 2018 and Notice of Addendum dated 13 June 2018 have been passed by the Shareholders of the Company held today.
The voting in respect of the Resolutions were carried out by way of electronic polling system and the results were validated by Scrutineer Solutions Sdn Bhd, being the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. Please refer to the attachment for the results of the poll.
