The Board of Directors ofAEON Co. (M) Bhd.("AEON") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set outin the Notice of the Thirty-Third Annual General Meeting ("33rdAGM") dated 25April2018were duly passed at the 33rdAGM of AEON held earlier today.

All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 33rdAGM. The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by AEON. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
