Outcome
The Board of Directors ofAEON Co. (M) Bhd.("AEON") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set outin the Notice of the Thirty-Second Annual General Meeting ("32nd AGM") dated 28April2017were duly passed at the 32nd AGM of AEON held earlier today.
All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 32nd AGM. The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by AEON. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
