The Board of Directors of Crescendo Corporation Berhad ("CCB") wishes to announce that at the Twenty-third Annual General Meeting of CCB duly convened and held this afternoon, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 30th May, 2019 were duly passed by the members present by way of poll.
