NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Twenty-Eighth Annual General Meeting (“28th AGM”) of the shareholders of the Company will be held at Bukit Kiara Equestrian and Country Resort, Dewan Berjaya, Jalan Bukit Kiara, Off Jalan Damansara, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Thursday, 31 July 2014 at 10.30 a.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolutions set out in the Notice of 28th AGM, details as per attachment herein.

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 31 July 2014 were approved by the shareholders of the Company who were present in person or by proxy and voted at the meeting.
