PROPOSED RIGHTS ISSUE

We refer to the announcements dated 16 December 2016, 12 January 2017, 27 January 2017, 13 February 2017 and 14 February 2017 in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue.

On behalf of the Board of JKG, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the shareholders of JKG have approved the resolution in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) dated 15 February 2017 at the EGM held earlier today.

The voting in respect of the resolution was carried out by way of poll and the results were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the independent scrutineer appointed by JKG. Please refer to the attachment for the results of the poll.
