NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting ("27th AGM") of the Company will be held at Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Ballroom C, Level 2, Jalan Putra, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Friday, 19 July 2013 at 10.30 a.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 27th AGM, a copy of which is attached herewith.

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 19 July 2013 were approved by the shareholders of the Company who were present in person or by proxy and voted at the meeting.
