The Board of Directors of Eupe Corporation Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that at the Seventeenth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 28 August 2013 at 10.00 a.m., the shareholders of the Company have unanimously approved all the matters and resolutions inclusive of those resolutions under Special Business stated in the Notice of Meeting together with the notes thereon. The Directors namely Dato' Beh Huck Lee and Encik Muhamad Faisal bin Tajudin who retire pursuant to Article 82 of the Company were duly re-elected as Directors of the Company.
