Outcome
The Board of Directors of Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”) is pleased to announce that the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting ("25th AGM") dated 26 May 2017 were duly passed at the 25th AGM of Axiata held today.
Details of the poll results validated by Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd, Independent Scrutineers appointed by Axiata, is set out in the attachment.
