Outcome
The Board of Directors of Subur Tiasa Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) held today, 28 December 2017, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 28 November 2017 were carried.
All resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
