The Board of Directors of V.S. Industry Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all theresolutions except for resolution no 14, 15 and 16 set out in the notice of the Thirty Sixth Annual General Meeting ("36th AGM") dated 29 November 2018 were duly passed at the 36th AGM, which washeld on 4 January 2019.
Theresults of the poll were verified by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
