The Company wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 25th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 30 October 2019, had been approved by way of poll at the AGM of the Company held today, 21 November 2019.

The Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2019 together with the reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon, were properly laid and receivedby the members present at the 25th AGM.

The voting inrespect of the resolutions was carried out by way of poll and the results were validated by Messrs Value Creator Consultancy, the Independent Scrutineerappointed by the Company the Company. Details of the said results are set out in the attachment.
