The Company wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 23rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 31October2017, had been approved by way of poll at the AGM of the Company held today, 29 November2017.

The Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2017 together with the reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon, were properly laid and received by the members present at the 23rd AGM.

The voting in respect of the resolutions wascarried out by way of poll and the results werevalidated by Messrs Value Creator Consultancy, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. Details of the said results are set out in the attachment.
