Outcome
The Board of Directors of BKCB is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Company's Twenty Third Annual General Meeting (23rd AGM") dated 28 July 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders at the 23rd AGM held today.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
