The Board of Directors of Latitude Tree Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("24th AGM") of the Company dated 29 October 2018 were duly passed by way of poll at the 24th AGM of the Company. The results of the poll were validated byCommercial Quest Sdn. Bhd.,the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
