The Board of Directors of YLIHoldings Berhad ("the Company") is pleasedto annouce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the Twenty-FirstAnnual General Meeting ("21stAGM") dated 28 July 2016were duly passed at the 21stAGM of the Company held earlier today.

All the resolutions were approved byway of voting on poll. The results of the poll were validated byCoopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The results of the poll of the 21stAGM is attached herewith.
