The Board of Directors of YLI Holdings Berhad("the Company") is pleasedtoannouncethat all the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting ("23rd AGM") dated 31 July 2018were duly passed at the 23rd AGM of the Company held earlier today.
All the resolutions were approved byway of voting onpoll. The results of the poll were validated byCoopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The results of the poll of the 23rd AGM is attached herewith.
