The Board of Directors ofKomarkcorp Berhad ("KOMARK") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set outin the Notice of the Twenty-First Annual General Meeting ("21stAGM") dated 30 August2017were duly passed at the 21stAGM of KOMARKheld earlier today.
All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 21stAGM. The results of the poll were validated by GovernAce Advisory & Solutions Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by KOMARK. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
