The Board of Directors ofKomarkcorp Berhad("KOMARK") ispleased to announce that the resolutions set outin the Notice of the Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting ("23rd AGM") dated 30 August 2019 were duly passed at the 23rd AGM of KOMARK held earlier today.
All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 23rd AGM. The results of the poll were validated by GovernAce Advisory & Solutions Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company.The details of the poll results are set out below.
