Outcome
The Board of Directors of Komarkcorp Berhad ("Komarkcorp") is pleased to announce that the resolution set out in the Notice of the Extraodinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 30 November 2017 was duly passed at the EGM of Komarkcorp held earlier today.
The resolution was approved by way of poll at the EGM. The result of the poll were validated by GovernAce Advisory & Solutions Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by Komarkcorp. The details of the poll result is set out in the attachment.
