On behalf of the Board of Directors of Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd (“the Company”), we wish to announce that all the resolutions stated in the Notice of Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting dated 28 October 2016 were passed by the shareholders by way of poll voting.

The poll voting results were verified by Ms Aida Lim from Corporate Streets Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company,and the results of the poll are as per the attachment herein.
