Outcome
The Board of Directors of Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd. ("FBG" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 30 October 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company held today.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Scrutineer Solutions Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
