The Board of Directors of New Hoong Fatt Holdings Berhad ("NHF") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Twentieth Annual General Meeting ("20th AGM") of NHF dated 25 April 2017 were duly passed by way of poll at the 20th AGM of NHF. The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn. Berhad, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by NHF.
