On behalf of theBoard of Directors of Yong Tai Berhad ("YTB" or the "Company"), AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce thatthere wasinsufficient quorumto convenethe Warrant Holders' Meeting on24 June 2016.As such, the Warrant Holders' Meeting will be adjourned to a date not earlier than fourteen (14) days and not later than forty-two (42) days from 24 June 2016, being the date of the initial Warrant Holders' Meeting.

The Company intends to hold the adjourned Warrant Holders' Meeting on the same day as the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholdersfor the proposals announced on 26 October 2015 and 2 February 2016.

A notice of the adjourned Warrant Holders' Meeting will be sent to Warrant Holders at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the adjourned Warrant Holders' Meeting.
