The Board of Directors of Takaso Resources Berhad ("the Company" or "TRB") is pleased to announce that the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting ("15th AGM") of the Company will be held at K55 Jalan Kesang, Kawasan Perindustrian Tanjung Agas, 84000 Ledang, Johor on Wednesday, 19 December 2012, at 2.00 p.m. Depositors whose names appear in the Record of Depositors as at 12 December 2012 are entitled to attend, speak and vote at the Company's said 15th AGM.
