The Board of Directors of GSB Group Berhad ("GSB" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the shareholders of GSB have at its ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting ("EGM") held on 29 August 2019 approved the resolutionas set out in the Notice of the EGM dated 15 August 2019.

The resolution wasvoted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
