The Board of Directors of GSB Group Berhad ("GSB" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the shareholders of GSB have at its Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("24th AGM") held on 29 August 2017 approved all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 24th AGM dated 31 July 2017.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
