Outcome

The Board of Directors of GSB Group Berhad ( GSB or the Company ) is pleased to announce that the shareholders of GSB have at its Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting ( 25th AGM ) held on 28 August 2018 approved all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 25th AGM dated 31 July 2018.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
