The Board of Directors of LTKM Berhad ( LTKM of the Company ) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Twenty-First Annual General Meeting( AGM ) dated 26 July 2018 were duly passed by way of poll at the Twenty-First AGM held on 6 September 2018.
The result of the poll which was verified by the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company,is as attached herein.
