Outcome
The Board of Directors of Magni-Tech Industries Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to the 21stAnnual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held today, 28 September 2018were unanimously carried.
All the resolutions were voted upon by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Quantegic Services Sdn. Bhd.,the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
The results of the poll are set out below.
