NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting (“14th AGM”) of the shareholders of GPA Holdings Berhad will be held at Bukit Kiara Equestrian and Country Resort, Dewan Berjaya, Jalan Bukit Kiara, Off Jalan Damansara, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Friday, 20 September 2013 at 11.00 a.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolutions set out in the Notice of 14th AGM, details as per attachment herein.
