The Board of Directors of GPA Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the Ordinary Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 29 July2016, were duly passedby way ofpoll at the Company’s 17th AGM held on 19 September 2016.

The results of the poll which were validated by Mr Woo Hin Weng, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company, are as per attachment.
