The Board of Directors of Top Glove Corporation Berhad are pleased to announce that save and except for Resolution 8, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Sixteenth Annual General Meeting (16th AGM) dated 12 November 2014, were duly passed at the 16th AGM held on 8 January 2015.

A copy of the outcome of 16th AGM is attached for reference.

This announcement is dated 8 January 2015.

Note: * Resolution 8 is pertaining to the re-appointment of Tan Sri Dato' Dr. Lin See Yan as Director of the Company was not considered as Tan Sri Dato' Dr. Lin had expressed his intention not seeking for re-appointment. Accordingly, Tan Sri Dato' Dr. Lin See Yan retired as Director of the Company at the conclusion of 16th AGM.
