The Board of Directors of Top Glove Corporation Bhd are pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice ofEighteenth Annual General Meeting ("18th AGM") dated 14November 2016, were duly passed by way of poll at the 18th AGM held on Thursday,5 January 2017.
Theresults werevalidated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
