The Board of Directors of D'nonce Technology Bhd("DTB"or"the Company") wishes to announce thatthe shareholders of DTB, had at its Extraordinary General Meeting("EGM")held on 18 November 2019, tabled the Special Resolution on the Proposed Adoption of New Constitutionas set out in the Notice of AGM dated 14 October 2019by way of poll voting.

The results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Value Creator Consultancy, the Independent Scrutineers andis attached herewith.
