The Board of Directors of D'nonce Technology Bhd. ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the resolutions as set in the notice convening the Seventeenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 30 December 2016were duly passed at the AGM of the Company held earlier today.

All the resolutions were approved by way of voting on poll. The results of the poll were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutinner appointed by the Company. The results of the poll of the AGM is attached herewith.
