Outcome

The Board of Directors of Asia File Corporation Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the Ordinary Resolutions and Special Resolution as set out in the Notice of Twenty-FifthAnnual General Meeting ("25th AGM") of the Company dated 31 July 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the AGM held today.

The results of the poll were duly verified by Messrs All-In Wordwide Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.

Details of the said results are set out in the attachment.
