The Board of Directors of SMIS Corporation Berhad ("SMIS") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Eighteenth Annual General Meeting ("18th AGM") of SMIS dated 25 April 2017 were duly passed by way of poll at the 18th AGM of SMIS. The results of the poll were validated by Boardroom Business Solution Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by SMIS.
