We wish to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting ("16th AGM") of Niche Capital Emas Holdings Berhad ( the Company ) held on 27 November 2017 were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Value Creator Consultancy, the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
