The Board of Directors of Prinsiptek Corporation Berhad ("the Company") wishesto announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Sixteen Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 25 October 2018, were duly passed by way of poll at the AGM of the Company held today, 27 November 2018.
The results of the poll were duly verified by Mega Business Consultancy Unit,the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
