Outcome
The Board of Directors of Prinsiptek Corporation Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that all the Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Fifteenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 27 April 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders at the AGM of the Company held today, 25 May 2017.
All the Resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Mega Business Consultancy, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
