The Board of Directors of JaycorpBerhad ("Jaycorp"or "Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the TwentiethAnnual General Meeting ("20thAGM") of Jaycorpand tabled at the 20thAGM of Jaycorpheld today, 12December 2018, were duly carried, votedby poll.
