The Board of Directors of Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd ("Kossan") is pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 21 April 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 37th AGM of the Company held on 23 May 2017. Voting on all resolutions was carried out by way of poll.

The results of the poll have been validated by Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. Please refer to the attachment for the detailed results of the poll.
