On behalfof Scomi Group Bhd ("SGB"), KAF Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that at the extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") held today, the shareholders of SGB have duly approved the resolution set out in the Notice of EGM dated 11 October 2018 by way of poll.
