The Company is pleased to announce that all seven (7) Ordinary Resolutions and the Special Resolution as set out in the Notice of the 28th Annual General Meeting ("28th AGM") dated 5 June 2013 were duly passed and carried at the 28th AGM of the Company duly convened and held on 27 June 2013.
