The Board of Directors of PJBumi Berhadis pleasedto announce that all Four(4) Ordinary Resolutions and One (1) Special Resolution as set out in the Notice of the 34th Annual General Meeting ("34th AGM") dated 29April2019were duly passed by way of poll at the 34th AGM of the Company held on 21 June 2019.

The results of the poll as set out below was validated by Mega Business Consultancy, the Independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
