Outcome
The Board of Directors of Spring Gallery Berhad ("SGB" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 12 August 2016 were duly passed at the EGM held on 5 September 2016.
The results of the poll which were validated by Mr. Yip Yih Peng, the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
