The Board of Directors of PRG Holdings Berhad ("PRG" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all the ordinary resolutions set out in the Notice of Seventeenth Annual General Meeting were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the said Annual General Meeting held on 6 June 2018.

Details of the results of the poll which were validated by All-In Worldwide Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company, are attached herewith.
