The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ( the Company ) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the 26th Annual General Meeting heldon Monday, 27August 2018were duly approved by way of poll by the shareholders of the Company except Resolution 10 which was declared withdrawn.

The results of the poll were validated by Sky Management Services, the Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
